Location - 1717 W Merced Ave., West Covina 91790. You will be notified of your test date. REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES: Under the direction of an assigned supervisor, perform a variety of responsible and technical clerical and typing work in support of a school site or District supervisor.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school including or supplemented by related business courses and three years increasingly responsible clerical experience including public contact. Must pass the District Secretary/Clerical examination. To attach the necessary documents, you must select the "Upload New File" button on page 6 and 7 and follow the subsequent instructions. District Policy #4442: "Substitute and short term employees shall not be eligible for paid holidays nor shall they be eligible to participate in District health, dental, or other insurance programs."
