The Role in Brief:
Lead Digital Marketing Strategist, Adult Learner Recruitment
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Lead Digital Marketing Strategist. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating effective lead generation campaigns, driving conversions, and building strong client relationships. In this role, you will lead strategy development, create briefs and reports, and work across various platforms to ensure that campaigns achieve business objectives.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development & Execution: Design, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies to drive effective lead generation and conversion.
- Client Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic advice, reporting, and campaign performance insights.
- Campaign Management: Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, including audience targeting, budget allocation, ad creation, testing, and optimization.
- Content Creation & Briefing: Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling briefs, ad copy, and content that resonate with target audiences.
- Performance Reporting & Analysis: Regularly track and analyze campaign performance data, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Platform Expertise: Utilize platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to set up, manage, and optimize campaigns.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with analytics, design, and product teams to ensure campaigns align with organizational goals.
- Continuous Learning & Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing to bring innovative strategies.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on brand, vertical, and programmatic strategies.
- Demonstrated success in developing lead generation campaigns that drive conversions.
- Strong client-facing communication skills.
- Expertise in digital advertising platforms and analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of campaign tracking and optimization strategies.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Compensation:
The anticipated starting salary range for this role is $68,000 - $84,000 per year.
