Job Summary

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead our digital marketing strategy, focusing on social media channels.

As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for enhancing brand awareness, nurturing online community growth, and driving website traffic and customer acquisition through innovative digital and social media initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Channel Oversight: Direct the company's digital presence across all channels, including website management, email marketing, digital advertising, and a robust social media strategy encompassing content creation, regular engagement, and follower growth.
  • Website and SEO Management: Oversee the company website, incorporating SEO best practices to enhance visibility and user experience.
  • Email Marketing: Craft and execute email marketing campaigns to engage with our online community.
  • Digital Advertising and Analytics: Lead digital advertising efforts, using analytics tools to track performance, optimize campaigns, and ensure a positive ROI.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Regularly evaluate digital marketing metrics to inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Budget Management: Efficiently manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring strategic allocation.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies, or a related field.
  • Experience: Demonstrable experience as a Digital Marketing Manager with a strong emphasis on social media management or digital advertising.
  • Skillset: Expertise in utilizing website analytics tools, comprehensive understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools, creativity merged with analytical prowess, outstanding communication skills, and a commitment to staying informed about digital marketing trends and innovations.
