Job Summary

Responsible for partnering with assigned client organizations and Human Resources team(s) to ensure strategies and initiatives are met. Coordinates recruitment, compliance, benefits, compensation and employee relations activities to maximize employee resources. Manages team which may include exempt and non-exempt employees. Serves as subject matter expert and provides guidance to employees as required. Develops processes and procedures to drive department efficiencies. Assists in the development and meeting of departmental budget.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations Leadership and Generalist Support
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for HR operations, providing strategic guidance and oversight to ensure efficient and effective HR processes and transactions.
  • PM, lead and conduct regular HR audits & compensation audits to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant laws.
  • Oversee project management of HR and Talent Management milestones, ensuring timely execution and communication to stakeholders.
  • Serve as HR data security lead for the client group: process access requests, conduct necessity assessments, generate security reports, audit access, and contribute to approval protocols and audits.
  • Function as the primary HR generalist for the HQ HR client group, offering high-touch support.
  • Develop and implement onboarding for new hires within the department.
  • Own, organize and lead weekly team meetings to foster collaboration, share updates, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Implement process for documentation storage leveraging HR Sharepoint Site & maintain regular audits to ensure users & documentation are up to date with latest templates/process etc.
Reporting & Analytics
  • Reporting & maintenance of HR metrics and scorecards, including turnover, talent movement, leadership performance, employee engagement, and DE&I.
  • Owner for regular scheduled execution of operational reporting, leveraging analytics to provide actionable insights to HR leadership and HRBPs.
  • Regularly & represent cross functional Operations by attending HR cadences (staff meetings, team meetings) to provide recommendations to HR leadership and HRBPs from analyzing key reporting trends/insights.
  • Oversee and audit senior leader-level presentations, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Act as primary point of contact for key stakeholder groups ie HRBPs and Generalist team to ensure reporting tools are meeting their needs and stakeholders understand key insights.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance HR reporting processes and tools, consolidating reports from diverse data sources for comprehensive insights. Balance feedback and partner with Director Operations to enhance tools and processes to drive efficiencies through each employee milestone.
  • Conduct audits and data quality checks to ensure compliance, accuracy, and integrity of HR data across multiple databases, maintaining these databases by streamlining processes and fostering innovation in data management practices.
Talent Management
  • Lead the execution of talent management milestones & processes, including Talent Planning & Succession ensuring key deliverables are successfully met, and processes/data are adhered to.
  • Build out Talent Management processes as part of the Generalist role to strategically support HRBPs throughout the year for Talent milestones.
  • Oversee the collection and analysis of talent data to support workforce planning and talent development strategies in partnership with Operations leadership team to define key Talent Reporting strategies.
  • Collaborate with DE&I and Talent Management teams to define and manage program nomination processes throughout the talent planning cycle.
  • Partner with SD Talent Management to implement & design internal slating processes to launch for key talent initiatives ie Internal Searches, Nominations, events etc.
  • Support key development events & activities for HR team & clients to ensure development actions are measured and aligned with key engagement, learning and talent management milestones throughout the year.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Finance/Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5-7+ years of progressive experience in HR reporting & analytics, talent management, operations, and generalist roles.
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills, including complex functions; proficiency in Tableau is a plus, but not required.
  • Experience managing large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong Executive Presence in communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Strong proficiency in Workday or related HR systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
