Career Consulting Partners has partnered with a boutique plaintiff civil litigation firm near the Glendale Galleria. We are looking for an experienced personal injury attorney to help further grow the firm.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • Will have 3 - 6 years of California Litigation experience
  • Preferred experience includes Car Accidents, Truck Accident, Premises Liability, Traumatic Brain Injury, Wrongful Death, Uber & Lyft Accidents
  • Manage a caseload of personal injury cases, including pre-litigation and litigation phases.
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial briefs.
  • Take and defend depositions, including expert witness depositions.
  • Prepare cases for trial and represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, and mediation.
  • Provide excellent client communication and maintain case updates.
  • Work closely with the legal team to ensure efficient case management and resolution
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active membership in the California State Bar.
  • 3-6 years of experience handling personal injury cases, with an emphasis on litigation.
  • Strong knowledge of California personal injury law and trial procedures.
  • Proven experience drafting motions, pleadings, and conducting depositions.
  • Excellent oral advocacy, negotiation, and litigation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated commitment to client advocacy and obtaining favorable outcomes.
  • Trial experience not required
