About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Senior Trial attorney with a strong personal injury background within plaintiff or defense. This role involves handling litigation in both State and Federal courts, with responsibilities spanning from case assessment through trial preparation. The ideal candidate will have full case-handling experience, including discovery, depositions, and trial work, and be able to independently manage a significant caseload. You will work closely with clients and other attorneys, contributing to a culture of mentorship and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage a caseload of civil litigation and personal injury cases.
  • Conduct case assessments, respond to discovery requests, and prepare litigation documents.
  • Ability to develop Trial and case strategy to lead litigation team toward successful outcomes
  • Work collaboratively with team members, contributing to trial preparation and client communication.
  • Participate in settlement negotiations, ensuring effective advocacy for clients.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of civil litigation or personal injury experience (plaintiff or defense).
  • Proven ability to manage cases from inception through resolution.
  • Strong verbal, written communication, and analytical skills.
  • Admitted to practice in California, with a strong preference for candidates in good standing with the CA State Bar.
  • Must have Trial experience.
