Account Supervisor

As the Account Supervisor at Gravity Global, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and ensuring the successful execution of marketing strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, present, and execute strategic plans that meet client objectives. Your expertise in both digital and traditional marketing, combined with your ability to lead and manage multiple work streams, will drive client satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the client’s business and industry.
  • Plan and direct programs to meet clients' promotional and marketing needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and present strategic plans.
  • Ensure that all agency work aligns with the client’s brand and business objectives.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel plans, including digital (email, landing pages, banners, apps) and traditional materials (printed materials and POP).
  • Utilize knowledge of traditional and digital advertising to enhance client programs.
  • Lead program results analysis and provide recommendations to ensure objectives are met.
  • Establish budgets, manage workflows, and ensure adherence to timelines.
  • Integrate retail strategy and execution into overall planning efforts.
  • Leverage cross-functional agency resources to deliver significant insights and feedback.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of marketing or advertising agency experience.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute daily account needs.
  • Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills, with a dedication to client and agency teams.
  • Excellent social, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple work streams.
  • Experience in shopper marketing and integrated activation planning and execution.
  • Proficiency in crafting digital and email campaigns and collaborating with digital media planners.
  • Ability to prepare clear and concise client-ready documents, including strategy briefs and statements of work (SOWs).
  • Expert-level fluency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
