Arboriculture Supervisor

The Arboriculture Supervisor at W A Kendall and Company LLC is responsible for coordinating crew members, equipment, tools, and supplies to complete jobs efficiently, correctly, and profitably.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate crew members, equipment, tools, and supplies.
2. Direct crew members and manage equipment each day.
3. Assign tasks to crew members and supervise performance.
4. Plan and execute assigned work in a safe and professional manner.
5. Organize job assignments for efficient completion.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in electric utility vegetation management, construction, logging, landscaping, mechanical, or military industries.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to meet and demonstrate qualifications of all positions on a crew.
• Ability to follow verbal or written directives.
• Ability to delegate work and take accountability for crew performance.
