About Us:

Project Access provides programs and services to over 27,000 children, families, and seniors living in affordable housing communities across the country. We strive to empower residents of affordable housing communities through our onsite services, aiming to create pathways for self-reliance and personal growth.

Position Overview:

Under the direction of the Senior Regional Manager, the Regional Manager, Resident Services leads the Resident Services Coordinators (RSCs) at Project Access Family Resource Centers. Responsibilities include ensuring the implementation of key initiatives, overseeing budget development, enhancing volunteer opportunities, and maintaining relationships in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading & Developing Staff
  • Responsible for the performance at each Resource Center within scope of oversight, ensuring services included in contracting are delivered.
  • Develop annual goals in coordination with Program Director to fulfill the mission of Project Access.
  • Hire and lead all RSCs, ensuring a positive team environment and managing performance.
  • Ensure safe work environments and maintain strong relationships with property managers, partners, volunteers, and residents.
  • Conduct quarterly site visits to ensure safe practices and program compliance.
  • Assist staff with strategies for resident outreach and retention.
Administrative Duties
  • Partner with Program Directors to assess programmatic needs and demographic data.
  • Manage the setup of new Resource Center sites and coordinate the ordering of supplies.
  • Establish relationships to maintain a pipeline of investors and partners.
What You Will Bring:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field.
  • Minimum of three years management experience, preferably in the nonprofit field.
  • Demonstrated supervisory skills and ability to lead a team.
  • Strong time management, administrative, and organizational skills.
  • Valid Driver’s License and current automobile insurance.

Work Location: Remote position based in Denver, CO or Salt Lake City, UT.

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, may include evenings and weekends as needed.
