Summary:
Join an outstanding and ambitious team committed to delivering outstanding digital marketing experiences. As a Digital Marketing Coordinator with the Milwaukee Bucks, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting our digital presence and driving innovative strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Leads the day to day responsibilities of digital partnerships: asset inventory management, proposal and math sheet creation, asset fulfillment and execution
  • Serves as lead project manager across the Digital Marketing team, running point on our project management tool Wrike
  • Serves as subject matter expert for all things digital partnerships; including attending partner meetings/calls as requested from Business Development team, advising on optimal digital strategies, and performance reporting of executed campaigns
  • Responsible for innovating our digital partnership opportunities, re-thinking our available inventory to continue to find ways to find and drive value in the digital platforms for our partners, as well as internal/house run campaigns
  • Provides design/UI expertise for our digital channels such as website development, mobile app pages and experiences
  • Owns and leads the development/innovation, execution, and roadmap for the Bucks Ambassador program
  • Supports the annual digital rate card refresh initiative
  • Serves as support for adhoc projects across both the Digital Platforms and Database Automation teams
  • Supports current and future projects and initiatives surrounding fan acquisition and identification

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field
  • 1-3 years working experience in the digital marketing space
  • Proven project management experience
  • Expertise in executing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, X
  • Excellent quantitative data analysis skills; proficiency with PowerBI a plus
  • Detail oriented with strong organization skills
  • Experience working in a cross functional team environment
  • Strong communicator and presenter of data-backed recommendations
  • Strong UI/UX design capabilities for both web and mobile
  • Willingness and ability to work the non-traditional hours of the sports industry, including nights and weekends
