The Sr. Director, Information Technology position is considered a leader of the information technology department and will oversee managing a reliable and secure IT infrastructure as well as effective, comprehensive IT support services, related technology strategies and operational
standards.

*Duties and Responsibilities*
* Responsible for the daily direction and supervision of the Information Technology organization including Desktop Support, Analytics and Enterprise Systems.
* Oversees the management of customer and packaged software systems, Cyber Security programs and third party relationship management.
* Works with the CFO to strategize, manage, integrate, and coordinate the overall IT direction and strategy.
* Ensures IT service delivery processes including maintenance, operational support, optimization, business continuity, and quality management / ITIL.
* Serves as the senior liaison between IT and other support departments such as Clinical, RCM, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.
* Oversee the IT budgeting process including the operational and capital budget.
* Responsible for completing the annual conflict of interest survey, ensure direct reports complete annual compliance surveys and provide coaching and feedback on performance related to compliance education and ongoing phishing simulation programs.

*Minimum Qualifications*
* Bachelor‘s degree from an accredited college or university is required, preferably in computer science or related fields.
* 8 or more years of progressively responsible IT operations and service leadership related experience in a multi-site health system organization.
* Demonstrated success and expertise in broad information technology healthcare.

*Preferred Qualifications*
* Master’s degree preferred in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
* Infusion Healthcare Experience
