Onsite – Fort Worth, TX

Through an innovative approach and patient-centered care, we are revolutionizing the field of healthcare by providing patients with access to TMS treatment. We are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator for our Fort Worth, TX office. Your primary responsibility will be taking inbound calls and connecting our patients to life-saving treatments.

Trigger Warning: Working with suicidal patients, listening to trauma from PTSD patients, and having a responsibility to support these patients may be triggering for some people.

*Additional $1.00 differential pay for fluent Spanish/English speakers (must pass in-house assessment).

Qualifications

High School Diploma/ GED.

Strong customer service mindset.

Previous experience in customer service required

Excellent verbal and written communication, and basic math skills.

Well-versed in de-escalation skills and ability to connect with individuals.
