We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic Supervisor to:

Partner with clinic managers in leading the day-to-day operation and coordination of patient care services, while providing nursing practice oversight.
Coordinate, assign and guide the work activities of 16 RN staff across four psychiatry and behavioral health clinic locations.
Directly supervise the RN clinical teams, lend expertise to all clinical staff, while supporting faculty physicians, advanced practice providers, and a psychiatry residency training program.
Execute nursing interventions by collaborating with the interprofessional team incorporating appropriate standards of care and practice and patient outcomes.

Education :

Minimum – Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

Work Experience :

Minimum – Two (2) years of RN experience.

Preferred – One (1) year of progressive relevant leadership experience.

Licenses and Certifications :

Minimum – RN licensed in the state of Wisconsin

Preferred – Applicable clinical certification.
