We are seeking a Registered Nurse(RN) to:

* Assist the RN Clinic Manager in leading the day-to-day operation and coordination of patient care services.
* Coordinate, assign and guide the work activities of clinic staff.
* Promote staff continuing education and evidence-based practice.
* Experience with patient relations, legal, social work and the ability to partner with various stakeholders.
* Execute nursing interventions by collaborating with the inter-professional team incorporating appropriate standards of care and practice and patient outcomes.
* Assist with process improvement, operational improvement, staffing needs, schedules, timecards, time off requests, sick calls, meeting agendas, coordination of staff onboarding, orientation coordination, etc.

Education:

Minimum - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

Work Experience:

Minimum - Two (2) years of RN experience.

Preferred - One (1) year of progressive relevant leadership experience.

Certifications:

Minimum - RN licensed in the state where employed.

Preferred - Applicable clinical certification.
