Position 1: Commercial Pre-Closing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Loan Processing:

Input loan submissions, ensuring accurate data entry in the loan management system.
Review and process ownership, loan structures, and compliance needs.
Complete pre-closing tasks such as ordering appraisals, environmental reports, and UCC searches.
Verify entity documents, title insurance, and collateral requirements for accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with Relationship Managers (RMs) and underwriting teams to meet closing conditions.

Loan Document Preparation:

Prepare accurate loan documents using internal software and templates.
Ensure compliance with loan guidelines and approval terms.

Service and Collaboration:

Manage large pipelines to meet service level expectations.
Address and resolve issues efficiently with effective communication.

Qualifications:

Knowledge of loan documents, processing, and guidelines.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Position 2: Commercial Post-Closing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Funding and Booking:

Disburse loan proceeds and ensure accurate transaction processing.
Validate documents for compliance and deliver complete boarding packages.
Complete lien perfection for real estate and non-real estate collateral.

File Imaging and Quality Assurance:

Upload and categorize documents in the imaging system.
Conduct post-closing reviews for document accuracy and compliance.
Set up and track ticklers for missing or trailing documents.

File Servicing:

Process paid loans, release collateral, and maintain records.
Assist with internal and external loan reviews.
Regularly follow up on outstanding items in tracking systems.

Qualifications:

Familiarity with commercial loan guidelines and UCC processes.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
