If so, we want you to join our dynamic team as the Medical Director for our state-of-the-art Free-Standing Emergency Room
As Medical Director, you will be at the forefront of clinical leadership, responsible for setting and maintaining high standards of medical care while ensuring a patient-first approach. You’ll lead, mentor, and inspire a dedicated team of emergency physicians, nurses, and support staff, working collaboratively to provide rapid, accurate, and life-saving care in our innovative facility.

What you’ll do:
The director must be available for counseling, advice, information, and general support to physicians and team members.
The director monitors correctness and appropriateness with chart reviews and implements corrective intervention as required.
The director ensures policies are known, understood, and implemented by the emergency physicians.
In conjunction with the leadership team, helps build enthusiasm, stability, teamwork, and competence among employees through supervision, individualized evaluation and counseling, training, and praise for a job well done.
The director is responsible for medical staff resources and scheduling.
Proven track record of leading teams in high-acuity environments.
Strong understanding of emergency department operations, from clinical care to financial management.
Ability to navigate complex clinical decisions while maintaining a calm and composed demeanor.
Passionate about patient care and committed to improving the delivery of emergency medical services.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.
Who We’re Looking For:
Board-certified or board-eligible in emergency medicine or family care
The position requires minimum of 2 years of emergency room experience.
Current license in good standing in the State of Texas
Current ACLS, BLS, PALS if not boarded in emergency medicine
Meet credentialing requirements per bylaws
