*SUMMARY*

Boston IVF has an immediate full-time Clinical Nurse Coordinator Position at our New Hampshire Fertility Center - Monday through Friday, 1 weekend per month and rotating holidays.
* Understands clinical protocols and participates in treatment plan and decision making with physicians
* Gathers, checks, and implements all necessary data and paper work for patients undergoing care
* Ability to triage patient appropriately and communicate with physicians when necessary to bring patient in for exam, or counsel over the phone
* Explains procedures and treatment plans to increase patient understanding and reduce anxiety, is able to teach injection lesson in absence of patient educator
* Has rudimentary knowledge of donor egg/recipient protocols and treatment plans
* Precepts new staff, acts as a role model for nurses new to infertility
* Perform IUIs, and communicates protocols to patients
* Maintains appropriate license/certification
* Other duties as assigned in nursing scope

*Communication*
* Documentation in EIVF and communication book is complete, legible, accurate, and concise
* Makes, receives and returns patient calls in a timely manner
* Communicates with rest of staff if issues arise
* Makes sure insurance approval is in place by communicating with the insurance coordinator
* Speaks in a pleasant, calm voice when interacting with patients and co-workers
* Maintains patient confidentiality in and out of the office at all times
* Enters data into computer as needed for ultrasound, blood work, or patient history

*OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES*
* Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time in an efficient, accurate and calm manner

*EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE*
* GYN experience preferred, infertility experience highly prefer
* Nursing Diploma and current RI licenses required
* Minimum two years of nursing experience required
* Strong Computer skills required
* Telephone triage skills preferred
