Carter BloodCare is seeking a dedicated and experienced Phlebotomy Training Lead to join our team in Bedford, TX. As a key member of our education department, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the development and delivery of comprehensive training programs to ensure staff proficiency in phlebotomy, quality control, and CPR.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate the development of training programs to meet the needs of our Collection Services staff.
  • Collaborate with the Education Coordinator to plan and implement training schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records of trainee progress, competency testing, and certification.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college a plus.
  • Six months supervisory experience required; minimum one year of blood banking experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Intermediate level computer skills, including Excel and Word; strong organizational and time management skills.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is around $70,000 - $90,000, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
