Occasional overtime as needed Salary Range: $27.00 - $31.00 per hour, depending on experience Job Title: Field Service Technician Summary: Company is a leader in bakery equipment maintenance and installation. We're expanding our team and seeking qualified, career-minded Field Service Technicians to join our long-standing company. Our technicians play a key role in maintaining and servicing baking equipment for grocery stores, production facilities, and independent bakeries. Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, skilled in electrical troubleshooting, and enjoy problem-solving in hands-on technical environments. Candidates with HVAC or boiler maintenance backgrounds are encouraged to apply, even though we do not service boilers or refrigeration systems. Stratton provides ongoing training and support for all technicians, regardless of tenure. Able to work independently Required Equipment: Safety shoes Safety glasses Gloves Mechanic tools
