We have several locations across the US and are looking for new Associates to join our team This position is for 1st Shift (Mon-Fri, 7:00am-3:30pm) POSITION PURPOSE The Warehouse Administrator supports the Warehouse Supervisor in managing the daily operations of the Distribution Center. This role is responsible for performing all administrative and transactional activities related to order fulfillment, product receipts, and shipping coordination. The position requires close collaboration with all levels of management within the Distribution Center and the broader Operations team to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timely delivery. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES Plan and schedule TL, LTL, and parcel shipments. Ensure carrier selection aligns with routing guides and monitor freight spend for cost efficiency. Coordinate international and inbound shipments to maintain smooth supply chain flow. Tender loads, obtain freight quotes, and communicate with carriers to ensure timely pickups and resolve missed pickups. Accurately maintain and enter electronic PRO numbers for LTL carriers during the planning process. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure orders ship as requested and meet customer expectations. Obtain and record freight quotes for documentation and reporting. Coordinate order details, providing clear instructions to dock and floor supervisors; communicate effectively with DC team members. Prepare customs documentation and hazmat paperwork as required. Schedule shipments through various customer portals. Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards for Distribution Center operations. Communicate with the Quality Assurance team to expedite product availability and lot number activation. Perform inventory transactions and maintain cycle count data with accuracy.
