Position Summary: The Education Coordinator for CSCMP supports the Education department through administrative and operational responsibilities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Lead the ARS and Doctoral Symposium from planning through to onsite execution at the annual EDGE conference
- Manage the full cycle of the Academic Awards suite, including the Bernard J. La Londe Best Paper, Teaching Innovation, E. Grosvenor Plowman, Doctoral Dissertation, and Distinguished Fellows Program
- Handle customer service for SCPro and Education-related inquiries via the SCPro and Education inboxes and Formstack submissions
- Assist with inbound customer calls related to products, services, and general inquiries
- Provide administrative, operational, and project support to the Senior Program ManagerManage certification exam scheduling and rescheduling through Questionmark
- Issue SCPro certificates through Accredible
- Maintain and update the Elevate LMS with new or revised products, and provide LMS-related customer support as needed

Education/Experience:

Language Ability:
- English; Spanish is preferred but not required
Math Ability:
- Basic math principles such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division—understanding the budget process via revenue and expenses and the ability to spend within budget.
Reasoning Ability:
- Outstanding judgment and decision-making abilities; ability to solve problems with a tactful, creative, flexible, and resourceful approach
Computer Skills:
- Computer savvy with solid experience with Microsoft Suite
- LMS and Salesforce experience a plus
