We are looking for a driven Construction Project Manager with proven expertise in grocery store ground-up and new store construction. In this role, you will take charge of leading and delivering complex retail construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of grocery store construction projects, from design and permitting through to store turnover and close-out.
  • Manage contractors, vendors, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Navigate contract administration, change orders, and schedule adjustments as needed.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely completion.
  • Ensure compliance with all local building codes, safety regulations, and technical standards.
  • Provide regular updates and clear communication to stakeholders and team members.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience managing ground-up construction projects, specifically within the grocery store or retail sector.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple sites and deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university in related field.
  • Valid driver's license required with no significant MVA points/violations (clean driving record).
  • Willingness to travel up to 90% to project locations nationwide

Salary range: $90 - 100k
