Job DescriptionJob Description

REMOTE POSITION - The candidate will need to travel to GUAM periodically for a week or two. All associated expenses paid by the client.

Scope of work to include the following:

1. Fully support, configure, maintain corporate customer’s networks and in servers (both physical and virtual).

2. Install and integrate new server hardware and applications.

3. Review, test and deploy required updates and patches.

4. Support and administer third-party applications.

5. Ensure network security and connectivity.

6. Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, output, and latency) and test for weaknesses.

7. Resolve network problems reported by IT Team.

8. Define network policies, procedures and standards and ensure compliance.

9. Specify system requirements and design solutions.

10. Research and make recommendations on server system administration.

11. Develop, library and maintain network diagrams and maps.

12. Diagnose and resolves complex hardware, software and connectivity problems.

13. Assists with the installation, configuration, recommends system hardware and software components.

14. Assists with the performances of all system vulnerability testing and scanning.

15. Assists with the Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery and Incident Response planning and testing

16. Provide assistance with other duties as related to the above.
