Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Manager to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen that provides food for three concepts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage kitchen staff and coordinate food preparation activities
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
  • Oversee inventory control and manage food costs effectively
  • Develop and maintain recipes, portion specifications, and standard preparation procedures
  • Train kitchen staff on proper food handling techniques
  • Collaborate with the management team to create innovative menu items
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Experience

  • Previous experience in a kitchen management role, preferably in full service fine dining or casual dining establishments
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of hospitality management practices
  • Proficiency in inventory management and control
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
  • Familiarity with bar operations is a plus
