At Trust Your Wings Behavioral Services we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. As a BCBA with us, you will play a pivotal role in designing and overseeing individualized behavior intervention plans, conducting comprehensive assessments, and providing leadership, supervision, and training to our team of behavior technicians. Our services are offered throughout Miami Dade and Broward counties, and we pride ourselves on maintaining a supportive and positive work environment. This is a contractor position offering flexible, self-employed opportunities for the right candidate to provide high-quality, evidence-based behavioral interventions for individuals with autism and related developmental disorders.
Rate: 80-95/hour
Primary Duties:
• Design and implement customized behavior intervention plans based on client needs
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and other relevant evaluations
• Provide direct supervision, guidance, and training to behavior technicians and assistants
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective outcomes
• Maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards
• Attend regular team meetings, contributing to a collaborative work environment
• Track and analyze client progress, making data-driven modifications as needed
• Stay informed about current ABA research and best practices in the field
• Offer family training and support to enhance treatment outcomes
Qualifications:
• Must hold active BCBA certification and an active Medicaid Provider
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Proven organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work both autonomously and within a team-oriented framework
