Searching for a confident, caring, Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Miami, FL to help represent our brand, shares our mission and passion for ABA, trustworthy with our growing company, to give our clients the best attention they deserve to reach their individual potential. The BCBA is responsible for managing implementation of individualized treatment plans for a caseload of clients, including supervising a team of RBTs that provide the bulk of the direct therapy hours, and working with caregivers (parent training) on ways to help their child be their best self and learn new skills especially problem-solving and communication. We provide therapy in homes, schools, and daycares around Miami, FL. Clinic hours also available with partner sites in Doral and South Miami. The BCBA works closely with the Admin team and Lead BCBA's to ensure data, notes, and timesheets are audited on a weekly basis for submission to insurances for payment. Admin team and Lead BCBA's can collaborate with program development/ creating treatment goals; we are willing to consider a newer BCBA for the role as in-house training and ongoing support will be provided. BCBA is expected to make regular updates to programs (protocol modifications), complete supervision/parent training reports/session notes, as well as reflecting those changes into FBA treatment plan to prepare for ReAuthorization requests. At minimum 3 afternoons are expected to be made available for our clients to be staffed morning clients/hours and a fuller schedule.
