Employment Type: 1099 or W2
Salary Range: $70 - $85 per hour
Benefits:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with at least one year of experience to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients, their families, and our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans that promote positive behavior change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral challenges and create tailored intervention plans.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and team members to implement effective behavior modification strategies in home and school environments.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust intervention plans as necessary based on data analysis.
  • Provide training and support to families and staff in the application of behavioral techniques.
  • Stay current with best practices in the field and participate in ongoing professional development.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and understanding of behavioral goals and progress.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical, home therapy, or school setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to ethical practices and professional standards.
