Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

Actively prospect and generate new business leads within the winches, cranes, and hoists market.

Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent deal flow and closing sales to meet or exceed targets.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand market share.

Client Relationship Management:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.

Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and identify upsell opportunities.

Serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent customer service and support.

Technical Expertise:

Provide in-depth product knowledge and technical support to customers, helping them select the right equipment for their needs.

Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products in the market.

Negotiation and Closing:

Prepare and present quotations, negotiate pricing and terms with customers, and close sales.

Work closely with the internal team to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

Reporting and Analysis:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management in the CRM system.

Provide regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback to management.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the winches, cranes, hoists, or related industrial equipment industry.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred, but not required.

Skills:

Strong technical understanding of winches, cranes, and hoists, including their applications and specifications.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Travel: Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Compensation:

Base Salary: Competitive base salary commensurate with experience.
