About Us: Alaska Pediatric Therapy is a well-established multidisciplinary clinic that has been serving the Anchorage and Eagle River communities since 2011. We specialize in providing Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy to children from birth to 18 years old. Our team is passionate about delivering quality care and supporting the development of our young patients.

Position Overview:  Full time/ Part time.  Occupational Therapist.

We are excited to expand our talented team and are seeking an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join us in beautiful Anchorage, Alaska. This is an incredible opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a supportive team of professionals dedicated to making a difference in the lives of children. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to pediatric patients.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine patient needs.
  • Maintain reasonable caseloads and provide one-on-one 45-60 min sessions as clinician sees fit.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy.
  • Current state license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Passion for pediatrics and experience working with children.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

What We Offer:

  • Flexible work hours (32-40 hours per week) with options for 4 or 5-day schedules.
  • Full-time benefits with 32 hours/week schedule

  • Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000 per year.
