Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Providence In Home Services in Anchorage, AK. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with patients to help them maintain or improve their level of independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate occupational therapy services within the guidelines established by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
  • Develop, coordinate, and maintain therapeutic services and activities alongside an interdisciplinary team.
  • Perform daily therapy under the order of a physician licensed in the State of Alaska.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree or Ph.D. in Occupational Therapy.
  • Alaska Occupational Therapist License.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2 years of experience in subspecialty.
