Job Title: HCM Payroll Implementation Consultant

We deliver tailored cost-containment HCM consulting services to easily meet some of the most complex challenges that our clients face daily. We are leading this search for our client, Human Element Strategies, an HCM consulting firm that is seeking an experienced implementation professional with in-depth Paychex experience to join their team.

Be an HCM Subject Matter Expert:

We understand that not every client has the technical expertise, time, or resources to successfully meet every implementation, payroll, and staff augmentation challenge. That’s why we, at FosterThomas, engage our team of Subject Matter Experts (SME) to reduce our clients’ burden. We provide the people required to tackle these challenges and offer the best strategies and solutions for any daily demand our clients may face. Responsibilities

  • Manage all module phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure
  • Create project plans, including deliverables, activities, timelines, and budgets
  • Ensure milestones are successfully met through oversight of project/module vehicles and
    coordination of resources
  • Work collaboratively with other departments impacting the project.
  • Lead communication with stakeholders and team members through the completion of the module implementation.
  • Provide scheduled and on-demand status reports and updates
  • Make decisions based on information and input promptly

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of proven work experience working with PaychexFlex Payroll Modules products, and a 4-year college degree or a combination thereof
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office, must be proficient in Excel
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills for handling multiple and conflicting activities
  • Proven negotiation, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Commitment to being accountable for results, both individually and as a team
  • Ability to think independently and make informed decisions
