About this role
As a Vocational Specialist, you will work with assigned adult clients. Focusing client’s employment goals, assessing the effect of their mental illness and working together to create and implement an Individual Recovery Plan (IRP). Working to identify the client’s self-articulated goals and objectives, recovery risk factors and relapse prevention ideas, strengths, any personal and employment barriers, emotional triggers and their personal definition of recovery. This position includes client transportation as needed and one (1) week on-call rotation every six (6) weeks, via either virtual or in-person sessions.

What we are looking for:
- Minimum of one (1) year of verifiable rehabilitation training and/or experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent; OR Associate’s Degree; OR a minimum of two (2) years of college coursework
- Valid GA driver’s license with clean driving record
- Satisfactory results of Criminal background check
