TRF Pacific, LLC, a development and property management company in the Greater Seattle Area is looking to add a skilled property accountant to our team. Responsibilities: Support CFO in all accounting matters
• Prepares monthly financial reports
• Reviews Balance Sheets and Income Statements per property to verify account balances and reasonable revenue and expense amounts
• Ensures accuracy of all general ledger information
• Ensures that all property and tenant information is up to date and correct through lease interpretation and cross-referencing against other property information
• Assists in the preparation of annual recoverable charges reconciliation
• Prepares management reports, including budget, payroll, insurance, tax and CAM information
• Meets Accounting Department calendar deadlines
• Makes bank deposits as required

Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable:
• Code invoices and input projects’ accounts payable into our database
• Attach remittance advice to accounts payable checks, and prepare for mailing
• Field phone calls from business partners and vendors concerning payable issues
• Generate accounts receivable invoices and print (manual and computer generated)
• Post project cash to accounts receivable
• Provide customer service phone calls from clients and tenants concerning billing issues

Cash Management:
• Maintain current years cash transfer and deposits filing
• Oversee reconciliation of bank statements

Additional Support:
• Support to the Property Managers for client and tenant billing issues and be willing to communicate with tenants and lease administrators
• Maintain current years Sage reports filing
• Other related duties may be assigned as necessary

Qualifications/Skills:
• Associate’s degree and College-level accounting courses completed
• Computer proficiency
o Proficient using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
o Experience using Sage 300 preferred but not required
• Data entry skills
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Working knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Ability to perform multiple tasks in an environment where priorities can change rapidly
• Participate in a team atmosphere in a positive manner
• Bring a good attitude to a growing company in a fast-paced industry
