We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team and help us grow our market presence. Ideal 2-3 years of experience.

Position Overview: As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales of our forklifts, services, and material handling equipment. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and the desire to make an impact in a growing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales, a keen understanding of customer needs, and a drive to exceed sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in outside sales, ideally in industrial equipment, material handling, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of forklifts and material handling equipment is a plus.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
  • Conduct in-person meetings with prospective and existing clients to assess their material handling needs and present solutions.
  • Present product demonstrations and provide quotes based on client requirements.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for penetrating new markets and increasing sales.
  • Provide excellent customer service, including addressing inquiries, troubleshooting, and offering product support.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM software.
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth post-sale delivery and customer satisfaction.
