The HVAC Install Manager will oversee the daily operations of our Install and service department. This role is responsible for managing a team of HVAC technicians, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining service quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of HVAC Install technicians.
  • Monitor and manage install jobs, quality control, job efficiency and technician schedules
  • Ensure all activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and within budget.

· Develop and manage the install department budget.

· Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.

· Implement cost-control measures and strategies to achieve financial targets.

  • Monitor job progress, provide technical support, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training and development for service technicians.
  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring adequate stock of parts and equipment.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Implement and maintain service policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on department performance.
  • Address and rectify any quality or performance issues.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years of experience in residential and light commercial HVAC service, with at least two years in a managerial role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of commercial HVAC systems.

· Solid understanding of financial management and budgeting.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in using service management software and other relevant tools.
  • HVAC license is preferred, certifications must have

· Ability to analyze data and implement strategic improvements.

· Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.

· Proficient in using service management software and tools.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record pursuant to company policy
