Test Engineering Lead/Manager
Role:
Test Engineering Lead/Manager
Reports to Director Customer Success Management ? Current Staff: 5 FTE
Future Staff: Commensurate with growth
Location: Southlake, Texas with occasional travel to Mexico as required

Leveraging your Bachelor's degree in electronic engineering or equivalent experience, you'll masterfully navigate test engineering protocols, methodologies, and best practices. Your proven project management and team leadership skills will empower you to juggle multiple test projects simultaneously, collaborating closely with our Customer Success team to deliver timely, successful completion.

With your exceptional technical understanding, testing know-how, and problem-solving prowess, you'll be the go-to resource for our internal team and specialized personnel in the test field. Promote innovation, deliver comprehensive training, and elevate our testing capabilities to new heights.

Bring your talent for interpreting schematics, drawings, and data sheets, and leverage your familiarity with quality standards like IPC-610 and ISO 9001/13485.
