THE ROLE:

AdCritter is seeking a driven individual to join our expanding team as a Campaign Advisor.

Campaign Advisors help AdCritter customers plan, launch and manage advertising campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting customers, working with creative teams to create ads, scheduling and attending meetings, creating campaign strategies, and building and launching advertising campaigns. Overarching responsibilities include relationship-building with customers and creating long-term roadmaps for customer retention.

This role is a good fit for individuals with a passion for advertising, who loves working with clients, and enjoys a fast-paced work environment. The Campaign Advisor will work in-person at our Nashville, TN office.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Onboard and guide small business customers through campaign planning and launching effective advertising.
  • Collaborate with the creative team and customer contacts to create custom ads tailored to specific business needs.
  • Manage a calendar and schedule meetings with customers.
  • Oversee the launch of advertising campaigns.
  • Conduct monthly check-ins with customers to review campaign performance, provide insights, and make recommendations for advertising optimization.
  • Act as an advisor and offer support to customers to establish strong relationships.
  • Assist with miscellaneous tasks as needed to support the growth of AdCritter.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Enthusiasm for working in a startup environment and adaptability to changes.
