We are seeking a creative and organized Social Media & Marketing Coordinator Intern to assist our marketing team with social media coordinating, content creation, and overall marketing coordination. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in executing social media strategies, supporting marketing campaigns, and helping to grow our brand presence. This internship is ideal for someone passionate about social media and marketing, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to real-world projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in coordinating and scheduling posts across all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, Twitter.).
  • Assist in content creation across all social media platforms
  • Help execute social media strategies to increase engagement, followers, and reach.
  • Monitor social media channels, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
  • Support in building and maintaining a content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posts.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights to optimize future content.
  • Stay informed on social media trends and competitor activity to ensure our brand remains relevant and innovative.
  • Assist in brainstorming, designing, and producing creative and visually engaging content (photos, videos, GIFs, stories, reels, etc.) tailored to each platform.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop content ideas for product launches, campaigns, and events.
  • Help with photoshoots and video production, ensuring that content is optimized for social platforms.
  • Edit photos and videos, and create graphics using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar software.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media challenges, and content formats to develop fresh, innovative ideas.
  • Assist in brainstorming and ideating creative concepts for influencer campaigns, working with the influencer team to align on themes, challenges, and engagement tactics.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure influencers have the assets they need for content creation (product details, branding guidelines, etc.).
  • Support the marketing team in planning and executing marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitive analysis that will inform marketing strategies.
  • Help organize events, activations, and promotional efforts, including managing logistics and coordinating
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of marketing calendars and planning tools.
  • Support in the creation of marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and presentations.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Passion for social media and content creation
  • Experience with photography, videography, and content editing software (Adobe Suite, Canva, Capcut)
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest) and an understanding of what works on each platform.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with attention to detail and the ability to capture the brand’s voice.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
