As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy, managing our online presence, and creating engaging content to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Manage and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter
  • Create and curate high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, to engage our audience and drive brand awareness
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Manage relationships with social media influencers and sponsored content partners
  • Coordinate trade shows, consumer shows, and dealer events to showcase our products and build brand awareness
  • Work with our media and communications partner to secure press coverage and editorial content
  • Manage consumer promotions, including rebates and programs, to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Assist in the creation of product and brand videos for use on social media and our website
  • Participate in the creation of catalogs, flyers, brochures, sales collateral, and website materials
  • Manage the US marketing budget and track campaign results to maximize ROI

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Significant experience with social media marketing and management
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing or a related field
  • Excellent proofreading, content editing, and grammatical skills
  • Experience in the outdoor industry and knowledge of sport optics preferred
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in Windows Office, especially Excel
  • General understanding and ability to do light graphic design work
  • Some travel required
