The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience specializing in insurance defense litigation and will be able to hit the ground running

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with a top litigation team to manage and support insurance defense cases.
  • Draft, review, and organize legal documents, correspondence, and discovery materials.
  • Maintain and manage case files, ensuring all documents are accurate and up to date.
  • Conduct legal research and gather information relevant to cases.
  • Assist in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, witness materials, and other trial documents.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and other involved parties.
  • Multitask efficiently and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Billing experience is necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Professional attitude and team spirit.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but experience will be considered.
  • Completion of an ABA-approved paralegal program is preferred.
