A leading supplier of premium gift packaging products, including bows, ring boxes, wrapping paper, and gift bags, is searching for a talented Marketing Manager to drive growth and innovation.

About the Role

As the Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing and executing creative strategies that showcase high-quality products to businesses and consumers. You’ll also lead and train the inbound and outbound call teams, helping them refine their communication skills, upselling techniques, and strategies for reconnecting with dormant customers and cold calling new prospects.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Marketing Campaigns: Craft and execute multi-channel marketing strategies that highlight unique product offerings.
  • Train Call Teams: Provide training and guidance to the inbound call team to improve upselling techniques and customer engagement, and to the outbound call team for reconnecting with dormant customers and successful cold calling.
  • Brand Promotion: Strengthen brand presence through innovative storytelling and design.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage social media platforms, email campaigns, and paid ads to drive engagement and sales.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with sales, design, and production teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Market Research: Analyze trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the development of marketing materials, including product photos, videos, and catalogs.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in marketing, ideally in the gift packaging, retail, or related industry.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience training and managing teams.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Creativity and ability to deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools is a plus.
  • A passion for storytelling and driving business growth.
