Spot On Services is a full-service, best in class, national pallet company delivering innovative pallet solutions to customers. We specialize in supplying high-quality recycled pallets, new custom pallets, and comprehensive pallet services.
We are seeking a proven, ambitious, energetic and self-motivated Outside to join our Houston, TX team. In this position, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging and selling new customer business in the dynamic Houston area market as well as managing and developing existing accounts and relationships.

Qualifications
- 3 plus years in successful pallet sales or outside b2b sales
- Excellent communication skills for negotiating with and persuading potential customers.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and strong relationships with clients.
- Persuasion skills to convince potential customers to purchase pallets and add-on services.
- Self-motivation and resilience to overcome rejections and continue pursuing sales goals.
- Time management skills to effectively schedule and prioritize meetings with potential and current clients, follow-ups, and administrative tasks.
- Problem-solving skills to resolve customers’ issues, identify new opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus but not required.
- Physical stamina to travel and meet with multiple clients in a single day.
This position offers a salary and uncapped commission. Relocation assistance is available for Business Development Representatives with industry experience.
