Position Overview:
As a Senior Product Manager at Frontera Health, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and growth of our cutting-edge healthcare products and services. You will oversee product strategy, roadmap development, and execution, ensuring that our offerings align with the evolving needs of our customers and the broader healthcare market.
Responsibilities:
- Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and articulate a compelling product vision that aligns with Frontera Health's strategic objectives and drives innovation.
- Product Portfolio Management: Prioritize and manage a diverse product portfolio, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to maximize impact.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
- Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, AI-powered products that meet the needs of our target market.
- Financial Performance: Drive product revenue and profitability through effective pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, clinicians, executives, and global partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of product management experience in the healthcare industry, with a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products.
- Deep understanding of AI and machine learning technologies and their application in healthcare.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Experience mentoring and developing product managers.
- Deep understanding of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and reimbursement models.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with healthcare IT systems and platforms.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)

We have determined a salary range for this position that takes into account several factors including experience, knowledge, education, skills, and abilities. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline and the exact salary will be determined based on the individual's qualifications and experience, with consideration given to the factors listed above. All full time employee benefits include a stake in shared success through stock options, health benefits, 401(k) plan, and responsible PTO.
