About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Device Software and Services team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in automating the product development, launch, and lifecycle management process for large-scale product management across Amazon global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will engage with an experienced cross-disciplinary staff to conceive and design innovative consumer products.
  • You will define, design, and deliver software applications that meet aggressive timelines and optimal solutions.
  • You will collaborate with business stakeholders to develop product requirements and overall product roadmaps.
  • You will drive the implementation and delivery of products, coordinating with multiple agile engineering and design teams.
  • You will clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to cross-functional project teams.
  • You will support and enhance existing products with thoughtful and measurable impact.

About the Team:

We are the people behind Alexa, Kindle, Fire Tablets, Fire TV, Echo, Astro, Luna, Ring, and Project Kuiper. We invent and reinvent groundbreaking products and features, taking them from concept to launch and beyond. We enable voice-activated experiences, curate memories, and enable smart home connectivity and security. We deliver access to high-speed internet and advance ambient intelligence.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
  • 3+ years of software development experience.
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.

Estimated Salary Range: $133,900/year - $231,400/year based on market location.
