THE PURPOSE OF YOUR ROLE

The Senior Product Manager for Integrations will deliver roadmap initiatives that will bring products all the way from concept to launch and into lifecycle management. This role will play an integral part in the organisation to manage and maintain overall user experience using applied design thinking, agile and lean practices.

The Senior Product Manager for Integrations will maintain assigned products, manage ongoing product planning, requirements, development of new features, functionality, and integrations. The role is ultimately tasked with the delivery of unique value-based products based on customer insights.

The Senior Product Manager for Integrations will also take responsibility for the creation of a product vision and strategy, product governance, and senior stakeholder communication.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

In this role, you will be accountable to…

  1. Develop and execute the product vision and strategy for integrations with partners and third-party services.
  2. Conduct customer discovery for API and integration solutions to identify user needs and inform product development.
  3. Collaborate with engineering, design, and partner teams to design and launch APIs and integrations that meet customer needs.
  4. Monitor and analyze user engagement and satisfaction with integrations to drive continuous improvement.
  5. Engage with partners to foster collaboration and identify new integration opportunities.
  6. Perform any other duties within the scope of the key responsibilities as directed.

  1. Build and maintain strong working relationships with all internal and external parties ensuring transparent, proactive, and effective communication always.
  2. Attend and proactively contribute to customer, partner, and internal meetings with the view to add value in a constructive manner.
Professional Development:
  1. Actively looking to build own career through delivery of self and assisted professional development initiatives.
  2. Being a thought leader both within Actionstep but also in the wider industry.
  3. Staying abreast of industry best practice patterns, products, and technologies and assisting in process improvement activities as required.

  2. Actively contribute to the development and maintenance of a strong department culture ensuring knowledge and experience is shared.

Other Responsibilities:
  1. Undertaking any other reasonable duties as required.
Essential:
  1. 5+ years of experience in product management, specifically with APIs or integrations.
  2. Strong analytical skills and experience in using data to inform product decisions.
  3. Strong technical skills; experience in the legal industry is a bonus.
  4. Proficient in collaborating effectively in a remote work environment, with occasional travel to meet the team.
  5. Empathy for users and a passion for developing products that deliver exceptional value and delight users.
