Sales Specialist, Community Representative (Sales Representative)

Job Summary:

Are you a go-getter who loves connecting with people? As a Sales Specialist, Community Representative (aka Personality), you’ll be the face of our company, delivering cutting-edge broadband internet services, streaming and fiber connected TV to both new and current customers. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Be the connection – Start conversations, engage with potential subscribers, and showcase why our broadband service is the must-have upgrade for their lives. This includes community events, creating stands, networking, and visiting homes regarding Fiber transition or initiation.
  • Matchmaker of needs and services – Listen carefully to customers, understand their needs, and recommend the perfect product or service to fit those needs.
  • Show and tell – Bring our products to life by demonstrating how they work and why they're perfect for each customer.
  • Keep the love alive – Maintain strong relationships with customers even after the sale, ensuring they're happy and troubleshooting any bumps along the way.
  • Keep them in the loop – Stay in touch with existing customers, giving them the inside scoop on our latest products, upgrades, and features.
  • Track your wins – Maintain detailed reports of your sales activities, including calls, sales, and any challenges, because your success story is worth recording
  • Plan for greatness – Provide regular sales forecasts so we know how bright the future is looking
  • Network like a pro – Build a web of contacts and leads to expand your sales territory and discover new opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (bonus points if you’ve got more).
  • Experience: 2+ years of sales experience (if it’s in broadband, even better).
  • Tech-savvy: Knowledge of broadband technology is a big plus.
  • On the Move: Must be able to travel and have reliable transportation (plus a clean driving record).

  • Rockstar Personality: Experience in sales, especially in telecom or broadband preferred but not required.
  • People Person: Stellar interpersonal and customer service skills that make clients feel valued.
  • Closer: You’ve got killer reasoning & negotiation skills.

  • Detail-Oriented: Organizational skills so sharp, they could cut through red tape.
  • Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite or related software to keep track of all your sales wins.
