Job Title: Independent Sales Representative

Stine Seed Company, a leading national seed company, is seeking an experienced Independent Sales Representative to cover Cass county in Southwest Iowa.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Independent Sales Representative. As a key ambassador of the Stine brand, you will be responsible for managing existing dealer accounts, recruiting new dealerships, and implementing sales programs to meet sales goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage existing dealer accounts and recruit new dealerships to increase sales
  • Communicate and implement Stine's sales programs and policies within the assigned territory
  • Work in conjunction with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to provide sales support
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of ag experience, including previous experience in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales
  • Demonstrated knowledge of proven sales techniques and excellent negotiating skills
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision and meet established goals
