Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Operations Support Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to a variety of operational tasks. If you’re passionate about supporting key business functions like accounting, procurement, and special projects, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable/collections and accounts payable to ensure accurate and timely processing.

• Support procurement activities, including ordering supplies, tracking inventory, and liaising with vendors.

• Produce ad hoc reporting as needed, ensuring information is clear, actionable, and on-time.

• Contribute to special projects as assigned by management to drive operational improvements and business growth.

• Strong bias for action, with the ability to proactively identify and solve problems.

• Honesty and integrity in all aspects of work.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in operations, accounts receivable and accounts payable is a plus, but not required.

• Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools.
