Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Support Specialist to contribute to our marketing efforts and ensure effective promotion of our products and services. This role requires a creative, detail-oriented individual who can execute marketing strategies, produce compelling content, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve brand goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Campaign Development & Execution

  • Conduct market research to analyze consumer preferences, behaviors, and emerging trends.
  • Brainstorm and develop innovative ideas for impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Assist with inbound and outbound marketing initiatives, including content creation, advertising, and event planning.
  • Plan and execute targeted initiatives to reach the audience via social media, email, TV, or other channels.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Partner with marketing professionals and cross-functional teams to enhance brand awareness.
  • Liaise with external vendors to organize promotional events and execute campaigns effectively.

Data Analysis & Strategy

  • Analyze marketing data such as campaign performance, conversion rates, and web traffic to refine strategies.
  • Develop, implement, and review strategies aligned with organizational objectives, ensuring customer satisfaction and performance monitoring throughout the marketing lifecycle.

 

Specialized Responsibilities:

Channel Activation & Management

  • Support the activation and management of high-impact subdomains targeting high-net-worth clients.
  • Facilitate the execution of strategic projects that align with broader channel objectives.

Personalization & Targeting

  • Assist in creating personalized and targeted channel plans to engage key audiences and drive revenue.
  • Use data insights to optimize audience selection and refine marketing approaches.

Performance Measurement & Optimization

  • Partner with the Analytics team to develop and maintain dashboards for tracking campaign and channel performance.
  • Use internal and external data to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend strategies to enhance results.

 

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, Web Development, Information Management, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.

Experience:

  • 4+ years of professional experience in marketing, digital marketing, financial services, journalism, social media strategy, web development, paid media, or project management.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in inbound marketing, project management, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience in financial services and content development.

Preferred Skills:

  • Expertise in user-centered design, paid media, digital campaigns, intranet, and social media strategy.
  • Strong knowledge of advertising, product awareness, and market research.

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
