Marketing Strategist (Onsite/Remote Hybrid)

Location: Overland Park, KS (Onsite 3x/week, Remote 2x/week)
Compensation: $38-40 per hour (W2)
Job Type: 12-Month Contract

Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Strategist to support the development and launch of our 2025 marketing plan. This role will play a pivotal part in crafting and executing our go-to-market strategy for enterprise connectivity solutions, targeting large companies with 1,000+ employees. The ideal candidate has a strong background in marketing technology and connectivity solutions, coupled with robust business copywriting and content development skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pitch Creation: Develop compelling pitches for connectivity solutions, ensuring alignment with the 2025 campaign messaging and addressing the specific needs of large enterprise customers.
  • Content Development: Write and produce a variety of marketing materials, including promotional emails, sales collateral, website copy, case studies, pitch decks, and other campaign assets.
  • Persona-Based Marketing: Create campaigns that resonate with different decision-makers and influencers within target companies, leveraging persona-based marketing strategies.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in Connectivity Solutions: Proven experience in marketing and selling voice lines, business internet, IoT, advanced networking, or other connectivity solutions to large companies (1,000+ employees).
  • Integrated Campaign Planning Expertise: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, from concept to deployment.
  • Enterprise B2B Marketing: Deep knowledge of targeting and selling to large enterprise businesses, with a focus on tailored messaging for different personas within those organizations.
  • Strong Business Copywriting Skills: Proven ability to produce high-quality content with a quick turnaround. Must be a nimble writer capable of creating materials with minimal oversight.
  • Collaborative & Adaptable: Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams to align strategy and campaign execution. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of flexibility.
  • Familiarity with Persona-Based Marketing: Ability to develop and implement strategies that address the unique needs and challenges of enterprise buying groups at different stages of the buyer’s journey.

Additional Information:

  • Location Requirement: Candidate must be available to work onsite at our Overland Park office 3 days a week, with the option to work remotely 2 days a week.
  • Compensation: $38-40 per hour (W2).
  • Contract Length: 12-month contract.
